NOTES: Despite his ability to sustain minimal damage after falls from 65-98 ft (20-30 m) and his enhanced flexibility, the subject reports reoccurring back pain. Can be killed via poison or lethal injection, but must be macrodosed according to enhanced muscle density (dose for 215 lbs x 1.5). The subject has been documented to survive seemingly fatal incidents, such as a gunshot wound to the head. Side effects from experimentation include a slow heart rate and elevated body temperature.* Breathing rate, blood pressure, and all other vitals are within normal range. In comparison to control populations, the subject exhibits higher resistance to blunt force trauma with large, sharp objects (example: large knives, swords, etc), but still remains vulnerable to smaller and more precise penetration (ie, needles). Regarding the subject's signature skill set, any object other than a plant, person, or animal, can be charged and converted into an explosive, with different materials creating explosions of varying intensities. Clarifications for Expiation:
2) INCREASED AGILITY AND QUICK REFLEXES: Rex's neural circuitry was modified during his child operation so that he would be able to achieve speeds and reaction times that are respectively above and below what's possible for even the fastest humans. He is nowhere near Flash or Red Rush levels, though, and moves more like something that seems human until it becomes more frightfully apparent it isn't. The douche can also jump really high too, creepy...
3) HEALING FACTOR: Rex has a healing factor that allows his body to recover without the help of medical interventions, provided that it isn't pushed beyond a certain point. After being thoroughly beat-down by monster girl, his bruises subside within a period of a few days, and he does not need to go to the hospital. He also later survives a gunshot to the head at close range, which is specifically credited to his accelerated healing.
4) ENHANCED DURABILITY: Upon examination, Rex's skeleton shows trace elements of harsh metals and other laboratory created alloys, which allows him to sustain copious amounts of damage prior to bones ever fracturing. This is also why he can fall from heights of 100 feet or less without breaking bones, even if the experience is both unpleasant and painful for him.
5) HYPERFLEXIBILITY: Due to his weird-science skeleton, he can contort himself into positions that would break the bones of the world's most talented gymnasts.
6) BOMB GENERATION: Rex has subdermal implants in both arms extending from his fingertips to his elbows. They allow him to imbue inanimate objects with kinetic energy and turn them into explosives. Please note that while he can't charge a person, plant, or animal by touching fur, leaves, or bare skin, he could still detonate a pair of glasses, a dog collar, or even a flowerpot with the same disastrous effects. He is shown to have a wide range when it comes to his explosive abilities, and this primarily depends on two variables: the material of the to-be boomy thing and the amount of time has spends touching said material. He is shown turning a ping-pong ball into dust, using pocket change to create fireworks, and burning a printed training schedule in addition to blowing things up. Because his bones and teeth contain those "inorganic" substances, they can also be used as volatile weapons.
7) CYBER-GENETICALLY ENHANCED MUSCLE-MASS: Post operation, Rex's musculature was tampered with so that it's 1.5 times as dense as a normal human being at peak performance. This is demonstrated by how he appears 175 lbs, but actually weighs in at 215 lbs, meaning he is far heavier than he looks. As stated above, this makes him more resistant to certain kinds of blunt-force trauma.
8) INCREASED AFFINITY FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES: Rex is explicitly stated to be resistant to the aftermath of his own explosions and fares better in temperatures over 100 degrees than most. He still burns, though.
