[ Here Rex was talking about his past and what information he was willing to share with Mark so he was trying to leave room on the floor for him to speak if he wanted to.. but now Rex is responding in a way that has Mark reeling, emotionally. All he needs right now is support and Rex is the only person from home who would moderately understand. He looks at the older teen with wide, glassy eyes.
